Tension isn’t always purely mechanical. Stress, poor sleep, mental load, and lack of recovery all affect how the body holds tension and experiences pain. My background in health coaching allows me to factor this into treatment — helping the body relax, recover, and respond better. Sometimes progress comes from going deeper. Sometimes it comes from knowing when not to.

•  Assessment of every major joint and key movement pattern

•  Identification of restrictions, imbalances, or recurring problem areas

•  Full-body treatment tailored to findings

•  Practical advice to improve movement and resilience

•  You feel generally tight, restricted, or “out of sync”

•  You want a complete reset

•  You prefer a thorough, whole-body approach

Every session combines hands-on treatment with assessment, movement understanding, and practical aftercare — so you don’t just feel better on the table, but move better afterwards too.

 

As a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Master Health Coach, I take a whole-body view of pain, tension, and restriction.

 

My Approach:

Pain and tightness rarely exist in isolation. Rather than chasing symptoms, I look at how movement habits, training load, posture, stress, recovery, and daily life interact to create ongoing issues.

 

Each session includes:

•  A short assessment to understand what’s really going on

•  Tailored hands-on treatment using appropriate techniques

•  Clear explanations in plain English

•  Simple, realistic aftercare to support long-term change

 

Sports massage does not need to be painful to be effective. Treatment is firm where needed, but always purposeful and within your comfort.

Intensity and techniques are adapted to the individual — no one-size-fits-all sessions. I cannot stress this enough - it does not have to be painful
